Day 4 Wickenburg AZ, 115 miles second desert day

Five miles into the day we all stop for our first state line crossing.
This is where we left I-10 for the rest of the ride to Wickenburg.
This is a good idea of what the low desert looks like. There were always distant outcroppings to gaze off at. The impression is always of vast space.
Just before the descent into Wickenburg, my pace coach and partner for the day Peggy Muncey from Arkansas. We had completed about 105 miles at this point, after 8 plus hours on the road.
A site for a tired cyclist, a road heading downwards, with a hot shower, good meal and clean bed waiting. It's enough to make me cry!
